All guests at St. George's enjoy made-to-order breakfast, lunch, and a 4-course dinner as part of the daily meal plan (see right for everything included). Dishes range from traditional Belizean cuisine and exotic flavors of the Caribbean to European and American favorites.
Most of the fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats we serve are grown in our chef’s village on the mainland and brought out by boat several times a week (except for the coconuts which grow right on the island!). Whenever possible we purchase fresh seafood directly from the local fisherman as their boats pass by our island. It is truly a farm-to-table experience.

One of the best parts about the meals at St. George’s is that all the guests eat together at one large table on the covered oceanfront dining porch. Guests love getting to know each other and sharing stories of their travel adventures. Some guests are a bit hesitant at first, but then quickly realize how wonderful it is to make friends from all over the world! For guests on their honeymoon or a romantic getaway, seating at a private table is always available.
